In 2024, DKSH Technology introduced PacBio’s Onso system, a state-of-the-art system designed to further enhance KTest’s laboratories and keep them at the forefront of technological innovation. Onso is a leading benchtop short-read DNA sequencing platform, powered by PacBio’s ultra-accurate Sequencing by Binding (SBB) technology.
To support KTest in maximizing the system’s potential, we provided a range of value-added services, ensuring the team could efficiently set up and operate the platform with ease and confidence.
Result
PacBio’s Onso system offers exceptional advantages compared to the other brands previously used by KTest. It delivers four times higher performance, enabling faster and more efficient sequencing processes. Additionally, it provides 15 times higher accuracy, ensuring more precise and reliable data for research and industrial applications.
The system also offers greater cost efficiency, allowing KTest to optimize operational expenses while maintaining top-quality results.
