As a result of the rapid growth within various key industries in China, there was increasing market demand for quality testing services related to chemical elements such as carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur, and oxygen.
To meet this growing customer and industry demand, SGS needed to enhance its testing facility and increase workflow efficiency at its laboratories.
Approach
Our team in China proceeded to conduct a thorough analysis of our customer’s working processes to determine the areas that required improvements.
We used our demonstration laboratory in China to showcase our expertise along with a detailed product demonstration of the Thermo Fisher Scientific FlashSmart elemental analyzer solution. This advanced analyzer is highly flexible, offering modularity that enables over 20 configurations in one instrument.
