Our customer is a globally recognized leader in the solar photovoltaic industry, offering cutting-edge solutions. The company specializes in PV products, PV systems, and smart energy technologies. In addition to PV products, they have a subsidiary focusing on wafer manufacturing in Vietnam.

Challenge
Operating in the semiconductor field, they require extremely high chemical purity analysis for wafer plating chemical solutions. Achieving such purity levels necessitates using the most advanced equipment available in the market.
They needed instruments that could provide highly sensitive and accurate results, crucial for their manufacturing processes. They sought a partner to provide the required instrument, handle installation, offer after-sales service, and manage the import process for the new equipment. The solution offers greater sensitivity and precision compared to competitors, making it ideal for our customer’s stringent requirements. We managed the import process, handling all logistics and documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
We also provided extensive training to ensure the staff were fully equipped to operate and maintain the new technology. We are committed to ongoing after-sales support, including regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Following the initial installation, our customer needed to evaluate the equipment’s effectiveness by running it continuously at full capacity. To support this process, we supplied additional instruments such as magnetic stirrers, water purifiers, drying chambers, and heating chambers.
Result
This installation marks the first Agilent Technologies’ Triple Quadrupole ICP-MS (8900 ICP-MS/MS) in the semiconductor and solar panel field in Vietnam. Our ability to offer end-to-end solutions, from procurement to installation and continuous support, laid the groundwork for future collaborations.
