Our customer is a testing and research laboratory providing bioanalytical laboratory services to local and international partners, and is dedicated to ensuring quality, safe and effective drugs for the public.
Challenge
With the global bioanalytical testing services market size exceeding USD 2.7 billion, major pharmaceutical companies are outsourcing research and development activities so that they can focus on their core competencies and achieve economic efficiency.
Recognizing this growing demand in the Philippines, they saw the need to set up a bioavailability and bioequivalence (BA/BE) laboratory. As this required substantial investment and technical resource expertise, our customer reached out to us to help them plan, design, and install the lab.
The new lab had to also be in full compliance with both international and local Food and Drug Administration regulations.
