Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group (THP) is a leading fast-moving consumer goods company in Vietnam. They develop, produce and market several popular beverage and dairy brands in both domestic and international markets.
Challenge
THP wanted to implement a pasteurization system for high-temperature, short time (HTST) and ultra-high temperature (UHT) processing in their research and development laboratory. To do this, they were looking for a partner who could provide the right technology, strong service and competitively-priced solution.
The system had to also meet the strict acceptance protocol and regulations required for microbiological testing.
Approach
We offered an integrated solution including an Armfield UHT system, homogenizer and filler that can be widely applied for various products, such as herbal tea concentrate, green tea concentrate, tea, milk tea, herbal, cereal milk, soya milk, juice and energy drinks.
We also provided a comprehensive service support package including logistics, installation and detailed training to help THP complete the pilot testing of the system.
Result
DKSH won the contract with Tan Hiep Phat due to the competitive cost and comprehensive services compared to other bidders.
